Elegant Interior with Thoughtful Design
The elegant interior of this newly built single-story home was designed for a young couple, combining clean lines, soft pastel tones, and walnut veneer accents. This thoughtful approach to interior design seamlessly blends aesthetics with functionality, creating a home tailored to modern living. The foundation of the design is a neutral, warm color palette, centered around greige floor tiles and crisp white walls. On this base, carefully selected walnut accents add warmth and depth. For instance, the solid walnut dining table serves as both a functional centerpiece and a striking design element, perfectly complementing the overall concept of furnishing a new home.
Functional Materials and Smart Lighting
When selecting materials, we prioritized durability and ease of maintenance. Therefore, we opted for smooth, matte surfaces that are both stylish and resistant. Additionally, we minimized open shelving, ensuring a clean and uncluttered look. In the kitchen, a technical stone countertop offers both luxury and resilience—essential for long-term use. Likewise, in the bathrooms, we maintained this principle with under-counter sinks integrated into tecnoril surfaces, achieving a refined yet practical aesthetic. In the open-plan living area, decorative walnut-stained ceiling beams visually segment the space while also serving as lighting supports. Below them, contrasting white lights create a focal point, while LED strips above provide soft ambient illumination. Meanwhile, in rooms with lower ceilings, discreet white fixtures blend seamlessly with the surroundings, preserving the minimalist aesthetic. To enhance convenience, the entire lighting system, along with the external blinds, is integrated into a smart home system, allowing effortless control.
